PortSwap is the Annual Clothing Swap that started at the Portsmouth Public Library in 2009 but has grown to be so popular that it had to be moved to a larger venue. In 2019, we celebrated our 10th Annual Clothing Swap. Over 500 people attended and we raised thousands of pounds of donations for Goodwill Industries of Northern New England.
