I stumbled upon this skirt on Pinterest. I love the minimal design. I’d like to try to make a couple of these for myself for spring, one in black linen and one in an olive green. I would make mine a tiny bit longer.
They would look great with a simple knotted t-shirt, a cross body bag, and these fabulous Teva leather sandals. A perfect outfit to wear for a bicycle ride into town. ChingChing

My sweater blanket was featured in the October issue of All You magazine. I like the fine print at the bottom of the page — “This idea comes from Jennifer Moore in Kittery, Maine, who blogs about sustainable style at recovergirl.wordpress.com.” That’s better than a stick in your eye. xo jam
This makes me want to buy up second hand pop-up books and give them to my son to take apart. He is one of those kids that loves origami. Just recently he made an outdoor sun oven out of a paper box and tin foil.
